Bini great way to share experiences with your friends and the world around you. You can create content that stirs engagement, as well as utilize your friendships to make decisions.

As a user of these services you will be sharing information with Bini. It is important for Bini to let you know what type of information is being gathered when using Bini and the options you have to determine exactly what information is disclosed or not. This is the purpose of this privacy policy. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us here.

INFORMATION COLLECTED. Bini obtains information from users in the following ways: (i) information shared with Bini by app users; (ii) information obtained by Bini when app is used; and (iii) third party information. A more detailed explanation of these categories is provided below.

(i) Information which is shared with Bini by app users. This information is typically gathered when the user decides to voluntarily share that information with Bini. When you create a Bini account, certain information is requested, which the user voluntarily gives to Bini. Additional information may be requested, for multiple purposes, such as for creating a profile, for making payments, or to share with other Bini users. Bini users will also be sharing information through Bini services such as private messages and posts with other Bini users. Other Bini users may use the app and save the content elsewhere, so it is important for users to be aware of this risk and take necessary precautions. Bini is not liable for any problems that may arise as a result of this. Whatever information is voluntarily provided to Bini by the user will be collected by Bini.
(ii) Information obtained by Bini when app is used. Whenever the Bini app is used, information is collected regarding which particular service was used and how it was used. More detail on how to restrict what information is collected by Bini can be found in Section _titled Information Restrictions. Bini collects the following three types of information:
  1. Use Information. Bini collects information about app activity. Bini may collect information regarding: (a) how a user interacts with the app, such as which products, services, promotions, are being used by a particular user, and (b) how the user communicates with other Bini users, such as their names, the date and time of the messages, the number of communications exchanged between users, which users were messages exchanged most with, and any other activity related to those messages.
  2. Content Information. Bini collects information about the content provided, such as if the a determined user has viewed certain content, seen the content, and the actual metadata that is shared with the content.
  3. Device Information. When a user uses a mobile device to access our app, Bini may access, collect, monitor, store on your device, and/or remotely store one or more “device identifiers.” Device identifiers are small data files or similar data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device, which uniquely identify the user’s mobile device. A device identifier may be data stored in connection with the device hardware, data stored in connection with the device’s operating system or other software, or data sent to the device by Bini.
  4. Device Phonebook. Bini may request your consent to collect information from your device’s phonebook.
  5. Camera and Photos. Many of the services offered require Bini to collect images and other information from your device’s camera and photos. Bini will only access a user’s camera and photos only after prior consent has been granted by the user.
  6. Location Information. Bini may collect from user’s information about their particular location. If the user agrees, Bini may also gather information about a user’s exact location, through GPS, wireless networks, cell towers, Wi-Fi access points, and other sensors, such as gyroscopes, accelerometers, and compasses.
  7. Information Collected by Cookies and Other Technologies. Bini may use cookies and other technologies, such as web beacons, web storage, and unique advertising identifiers, to collect information about your activity, browser, and device. Bini may also use these technologies to collect information when you interact with services we offer through one of our partners, such as commerce features. User can accept or reject browser cookies through the settings on your browser or device the app. However, this can affect how the app works on the device. More information is available in our About Cookies section.
  8. Log Information. In the future, Bini may gather log information when you use our website. That information includes, among other things: details about services use; device information; access times and time; IP address; identifiers that uniquely identify your device.

(iii) Third Party Information. Bini may collect information that other users provide about user when they use our app. Bini may also obtain information from other companies that are owned or operated by us, or any other third-party sources, and combine that with information collected by Bini through the app.

INFORMATION USE. The purpose of collecting this information is to amongst other things: (i) develop, operate, improve, deliver, maintain, and protect our products and services; (ii) communicate with you; (iii) monitor and analyze usage trends; (iv) personalize the services;(v) enhance the safety and security of Bini products and services; (vi) prevent fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity; (vii) use collected information to enhance Bini services; (viii) enforce our Terms of Service and other policies (ix) Bini may store information locally on your device to increase functionality of the app.

SHARING INFORMATION. Bini may share information as follows:

(i) With other Bini users. We may share the following information with other Bini users:
  1. username and name;
  2. information about how you have interacted with the services;
  3. additional information you have agreed to share;
  4. and content posted or sent will be shared with other Bini users; how widely your content is shared depends on personal settings and the type of service.
(ii) The following information will be shared with all Bini Users as well as the general public:
  1. public information like your Bini name and profile pictures; and any content that you submit to Live, Local, or any other crowd-sourced service.
(iii) Bini may share information with entities within the Bini family of companies.

(iv) Bini may share user information with the following third parties:
  1. With service providers, sellers, and partners. Bini may share information about users with service providers who perform services on our behalf, sellers that provide goods through our services, and business partners that provide services and functionality.
  2. With third parties for legal reasons. We may share information about you if we reasonably believe that disclosing the information is needed to:comply with any valid legal process, governmental request, or applicable law, rule, or regulation; or to, investigate, remedy, or enforce potential Terms of Service violations; protect the rights, property, and safety of Bini, our users, or others; or detect and resolve any fraud or security concerns.
  3. With third parties as part of a merger or acquisition. If Bini gets involved in a merger, asset sale, financing, liquidation or bankruptcy, or acquisition of all or some portion of our business to another company, Bini may share user information with that company before and after the transaction closes.
(v) In the aggregate or after de-identification. Bini may also share with third parties, such as advertisers, aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

THIRD PARTY INFORMATION SHARING. The app may contain third-party links and search results, include third-party integrations, or be a co-branded or third-party-branded service that’s being provided jointly with or by another company. By going to those links, using the third-party integration, or using a co-branded or third-party-branded service, users may be providing information (including personal information) directly to the third party, us, or both. Bini shall not be responsible for third party collection and use of that information.

CONTENT KEEPING. Bini lets you capture what it’s like to live in the moment. Bini will keep that content of the application until the user decides to delete the content from our servers by selecting this option our after the Bini user contacts our support team through the following link. As mentioned above, there are many different ways that content can be uploaded on to the app, so it is important for users to take this into account and delete whatever they do not want.

If user submits content to an inherently public feature, to any other crowd-sourced service, the content may be retained indefinitely. If you have any questions about how a feature works you can contact our support team.

Furthermore, Bini is not responsible for content that other users see and save using different types of data capture technology. Bini is also not responsible for data that might be accessed forensically. Certain information is kept as backup for a limited period of time or as required by law.

INFORMATION RESTRICTIONS. It is important for Bini users to be in control of their information released on the Bini App, so Bini provides the following tools to users in order to control the flow of information:

  1. Access and Updates. Bini strives to let users access and update most of the personal information provided to Bini. Bini may reject access and/or updates if Bini considers that it affects the privacy of other users, requires technical efforts that are disproportionate to the request, is repetitive, or is unlawful, amongst others. Users can access and update most of the account information right in the app by visiting the app’s Settings page. If you need to access, update, or delete any other personal information that we may have, you can submit a request [INCLUDE LINK]. To protect our users, Bini may ask users to verify their identity or provide additional information before accessing or updating your personal information. Bini will try to update and access your information for free, but if it would require a disproportionate effort on our part, Bini may charge a fee. Bini will of course disclose the fee before complying with the request.
  2. Revoking Permissions. Bini users can revoke their consent by changing the settings on their device if your device offers those options. However, this may affect functionality.
  3. Account Deletion. If a Bini user wishes to delete their account, they can go to this link or contact customer service. If a user decides to delete their account, they will have up to 30 days to restore their account before Bini deletes information from the servers. During this time, the account will not be visible to other Bini users.
  4. Communicating with other Bini users. Users may control communications in the future with other Bini users by going to the app settings and making adjustments to who can see material published by the user, or who you receive information from. User may decide to completely or partially block other Bini users. Bini users can contact customer service if they require any additional information.

ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING SERVICES. Bini may decide to let other companies use tracking technologies on the services. These companies may collect information about how you use the services and other websites and online services over time and across different services.

Additionally, some companies may use the information they collect on Bini to deliver targeted advertisements on behalf of us or other companies, including on third-party websites and apps. Bini does not currently respond to do-not-track signals that may be sent from your device. If we do so in the future, we will provide information about that practice in an updated version of this privacy policy.

CHILDREN. Bini does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

UPDATES. Bini may inform you of changes to the privacy policy by revising the date at the top of the privacy policy that’s available on our app, or Bini may provide you with an additional notice (such as adding a statement to our apps’ login screen or providing you with an in-app notification).
